These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bluedex platform at https://bluedex.in (the "Platform") and the legal, tax, and compliance services offered through it ("Services").
The Platform is operated by Bluedex Legal Solutions ("Company", "Bluedex", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and authorised to provide information on behalf of any business entity you represent.
1. Definitions
"User" means any individual or entity accessing the Platform or availing Services.
"Order" means a request for a specific service placed through the Platform.
"Professional" means a CA, lawyer, company secretary, or compliance expert engaged by Bluedex to deliver Services.
"Government Fees" means statutory fees payable to government authorities, charged separately from Bluedex service fees where applicable.
2. Services
Bluedex provides technology-enabled legal, tax, and compliance services including company registration, GST registration, trademark filing, annual compliance, accounting, and related services as listed on the Platform.
Bluedex acts as a facilitator connecting Users with qualified Professionals. Final deliverables depend on accurate information and documents provided by the User and on government processing timelines beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. User Account
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@bluedex.in of any unauthorised access or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and documents required for your service.
You will not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent documents, impersonate others, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or delayed submissions by you are your responsibility and may result in additional charges or timeline extensions.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws governing your business activities.
5. Fees & Payments
Service fees are displayed on the Platform before purchase. Government fees, stamp duty, and third-party charges (if any) are disclosed separately.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, PhonePe, or other authorised payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the respective payment gateway terms.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST will be charged as per law.
Invoices are issued electronically and are available in your dashboard.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available at https://bluedex.in/refund-policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform—including logos, text, graphics, software, and design—is owned by Bluedex or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Documents prepared specifically for you as part of a paid service belong to you, subject to applicable law and third-party template licences.
8. Confidentiality & Data
We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree not to disclose confidential information about Bluedex's processes, pricing, or Platform to third parties without consent.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Bluedex is not responsible for delays caused by government departments, regulatory changes, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
General information on the Platform does not constitute legal advice. For specific legal matters, consult a qualified professional.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluedex's total liability for any claim arising from Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluedex, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information provided by you, or misuse of the Platform.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@bluedex.in. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, fraud, or legal requirements.
Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive.
13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of written notice.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
