1.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our Platform, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referral URL, date and time of access, and cookies that help us improve your experience.
1.3 Information from third parties
With your consent, we may retrieve information from government portals, payment gateways, KYC agencies, GSTN, MCA, or other statutory bodies as required to complete your service. You authorise us to access and use such information solely for service delivery.

Government authorities and statutory bodies (MCA, GSTN, Income Tax Department, ROC, trademark registry, etc.) as required for filing your applications.
Payment partners (Razorpay, PhonePe, and banks) to process transactions securely.

Technology and hosting providers who process data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements.

5. Phishing & Identity Theft
Bluedex will never ask for your password, OTP, full card details, or CVV via email or unsolicited phone calls. If you receive suspicious communication claiming to be from Bluedex, do not respond and report it to support@bluedex.in immediately.
6. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our Platform may contain links to government portals and third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations (including tax and company law record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
